Customer Service associate will represent not just the customer service department but Bag Religion as a whole. In this key role, you will exceed productivity goals and deliver against our customer promises. Our scale is expansive and our presence is growing. Our goal is simple: to offer the greatest selection of luxury products and services with the world’s best customer experience.

  • Managing all channels of Customer interaction, email, chat and phone
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile and becoming a Consultant; help Customers take a decision and generate revenue for the Company
  • Aim at converting general inquiries into sale
  • Aspire to bring customer delight in each and every interaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain a positive and professional interaction with all the departments associated with the Customer Service department


  • Knowledge of English language, written and oral
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Luxury Brands Knowledge is an added advantage
  • Comprehension Skills - Ability to comprehend Customer’s queries and concerns nd provide a customer centric solution
  • Time Management - Ability to multi task and decide priorities
  • Service Orientation - Actively looking for ways to help people
  • Four Year Degree Required
  • Excellent time management & communication skills
